Roads and Maritime Services advise customers to beware of malicious scam emails which incorrectly state that they are from Roads and Maritime Services E-Toll.

The emails are designed to appear as a legitimate e-toll communication. They entice the recipient to open a zip file which will open a virus and potentially encrypt files.

Be aware of emails coming from addresses like:
RMSETollDontReply@rms.nsw.gov.au[support@rustv.ru
or
RMSETollDontReply@rms.nsw.gov.ausupport@mindme.ca.
